By accessing this site, purchasing a planning tool, or using our resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

They Keep You Broke publishes general media, commentary, examples, worksheets, and educational resources. We do not provide individualized financial, legal, tax, investment, credit repair, debt settlement, insurance, medical, accounting, or other professional advice.

No professional relationship

Using the site, joining the list, downloading the kit, or sending a message does not create an advisor, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, insurer, lender, credit-repair, or other professional relationship.

Your decisions

You are responsible for reviewing actual contracts, deadlines, account terms, laws, and provider information. Consider a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect money, credit, housing, insurance, taxes, legal rights, or health.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, results, savings, debt reduction, credit improvement, refunds, approvals, legal outcomes, or that any example matches your situation.

Digital products and payment

Paid planning tools are one-time digital purchases unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. After successful payment, the purchaser receives personal, non-transferable access to the purchased tool. Do not share, resell, republish, reverse engineer, or publicly post customer access links or product files.

Refunds

Contact support@theykeepyoubroke.com within 14 calendar days of purchase if a digital product does not work for you. Include the purchasing email address and product name. We will refund the product price to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customer data and backups

The interactive tools store case entries in the purchaser's browser unless a feature clearly says otherwise. Browser data can be erased by device changes, private browsing, storage settings, or clearing site data. Customers are responsible for exporting private backups they wish to keep. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, protected medical records, or other information the tool does not request.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malware, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, violate law, or use our contact channels to send confidential account credentials or unlawful content.

Stories and submissions

If you send a story, idea, or source, you confirm you have the right to send it. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, protected medical records, or unredacted private documents. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a submission does not create confidentiality or guarantee publication.

Intellectual property

The brand, site, original artwork, videos, emails, copy, free kit, and paid planning tools are owned by Darkhorse Traders LLC or used with permission. These resources are licensed for the purchaser's personal household use. Do not sell, share, repackage, publicly host, or commercially reproduce them without written permission.

Links, embeds, products, and services from third parties are provided for convenience or context. We do not control their terms, privacy practices, availability, or claims.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darkhorse Traders LLC and its owners, workers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue content or access at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date.
